  • CAM Gear for B6 SOHC 8 valve

I am looking for an adjustable cam gear for a B6 SOHC 8 valve motor.

This seems to be something pretty rare! I am also playing with a theory that the B6 DOHC motor has the same cam gear (or at least a gear with the same critical dimensions: diameter, number of teeth and pitch on the teeth)

If anyone can help here it would be greatly appreciated!

I gave up trying to find a pulley off the shelf!

So I took matters into my own hands!
I had a guy who runs a machine/engineering shop modify the Cam pulley I had (i happened to have 2, one from my old B3).
So we chopped out the center and put in our own custom built alluminium boss and voilla la Vernier pulley!

Make a plan I say! i will post pictures of all the fabricated parts we've made...
