Any one know if the drive gear off the festi mtx will work with the xr2 trans?

i know that the stock gear is to long for the f-series, i would imagine that the g_series would have a similar issue. to eliminate issues just grab a g-series speedo gear. it shouldnt matter what car protege/caprixr2/323gt cable/hydro as long as its Mazda g-series you should be good.Im not driving a Festiva because I'm poor. I drive a Festiva because i want to!
