  • How strong is a 1.3 bottom end?

Just wondering if anyone has pushed a 1.3 to failure, with some real data as to how much the bottom end will take? I don't want to give up my mileage, but would be interested in adding a 50 or 75 shot of NOS the Festy for a little git-up and go.

Haven't seen hardly any nitrous users, but when people have upped the pressure a lot with boost they lose a head gasket. I haven't seen any carnage threads with exit wounds etc. It seems the b3 users reach some moderate goal and know it costs much more to do more, so they go up to a larger engine.

kumalaba brings up a good point by typing hitting. It's a different kind of shock to the system with nitrous.
