If you have hand eye coordination you can use a 5/8 inch diameter port if you wanted. Safety first. A constricted line just lets you regulate it better. There are tiny hoses right there on passenger side, what i used to use. you want the car to stumble but still run and when it gets to the end of the dose you can either dunk it and flood it (not really good)or shut it off. Too much will let an older engine diesel on shut down so I try not to do it that way, sometimes it just happens.

5w20 because our HLa like thinner oil, and oil has gotten better since mid 80's. There is another thread talking about how the tolerances of these mazda engines are very close to some modular ford engines which back specc'ed 5w20 on a broad scale. You just dont want to run 'honey' or 'lucas' or anything of that nature to shut up noises, better to try cleaning with thinner first. Don't pour solvents in the crankcase tho.

Added some Sea foam to oil, and some to the gas. Fed sea foam into the hose from top of FPR, smoked out the garage. there hasnt been that much smoke in that garage since, nevermind. lol. Put in a new/used FPR, car is running lots better now. Oh yeah, I fed a half a glass of water into the throttle body once the engine warmed up to help clean things out a bit. Revved it up, gave it a drink.
