    thanks

I recommend wet, but get some advice and tune the motor and due necessary mods to support the power.

lets just say I put 50 shot wet on stock festiva motor with 123K miles on it, and after about 5-10 seconds headgasket blew.... If your escort GT motor has fairley new headgasket and you spray only about 50 shout I think you should be fine...

With my past with nitrous on a 50 shot I would go dry with a bigger fuel pump if you can. the reason being the intake runners. the fuel may fall out of suspension they way they curve and puddle up on the wet kit. I have seen honda guys put the nozzle to close to the tb and show rich as hell the point of black smoke. Than a few hits later crack piston do to a lean with one cylinders running lean from the way fuel went through the intake. You can do a direct set up but that small a jetting may clog up quickly. I would do a dry with scanner and wide band O2 on a dyno first to see how it does and injector duty cycle. My future plans are a bp with forged pistons and 100shot direct port.

          Also I would 2 degree's out per 50

The BP is good for a 75hp shot. I would run a dry kit or a direct port. I wouldn't worry about the jets clogging up on a multiport kit as long as your running the fuel and nitrous filters(like your supposed to!) before the solenoids. As long as you have a good/new fuel pump(would reccommend upgrading it!) you shouldn't have any problems. I wouldn't finger the headgasket as being culprit FastoNOS, It was more in likely that you either ran LEAN or were not using it properly - improper use will cause 90% of nitrous issues. This also includes installation problems.

I do agree about the filters but I have seen even with the filter set ups stuff up. Alot of people put the nozzle in and forget it. On my Z28 I had a tnt wet kit and I pull the jets out every month to just check them. Its not hard just pull the out look through them. Blow them out if needed. If the fogger is set up like the derect port I would pull it out once in a while to clean it. I see carbon in intake from egr's and if the nozzle is in the intake the same will happen.

That IS good advice. Carbon buildup can plug up alot of stuff. Best to make sure it isn't plugging up somthing important.
