Has anybody used rone of the cams from festivamotorsport.com? I ordered one yesterday and was wondering how much they help or hinder our little motors? The cam will be going in my 97 spire

It will help but you have to use festiva rockers the lobes on that cam will be eaten up by the stock roller rockers of the aspires.

any festy from a PAP. just pull the valve cover and then remove the 2 rocker rails off the head, clean them and re-install in your aspire.
