  • Flywheel question

Anyone have b3 flywheel specs like tooth count, and dimensions? I bought a flywheel and clutch kit from ebay and the clutch does not fit the flywheel. So now I need to know if I got the wrong flywheel or the wrong clutch. Its a cheap banhof stage one clutch...probably not best quality but for 100$ im willing to try it haha.

Count the teeth on the clutch disc.

    E-series: 18 tooth
    F-series: 20 tooth
    G-series: 22 tooth

I don't have the specs on the flywheel, sorry.

I'm assuming by B3 you really mean E5 (flywheel/clutch combo is matched to the trans not the motor)

For the E5 flywheel the main "hub" part of the flywheels is 10", ring gear measured from tip to tip of teeth is 10 9/16", and the tooth count is 105. Hope that helps~!
        No festiva for me ATM...

I'm looking for a new flywheel for an 88 Festy and saw one on ebay that claimed to be for a Festiva, but the picture didn't look right. I messaged the seller, he answered back saying it wasn't really for a Festiva and he did not have the right one for me. Careful out there.

well the flywheel measures about 10"9/16 tooth to tooth and has 105 teeth....guess the clutch is wrong. Disk has 18 splines but the disk and the pressure plate contact surface is bigger

Met up with Arty today and figured out that the Banhof stage one is actually a Suzuki Swift clutch. So I will be machining my flywheel to make it fit and we will see how it works.

Havin trouble finding the official writeup on the flywheel mods for the swift clutch....anyone have it handy?
