I know this is a dumb questions didnt find nothing when i searched. But what i am planning on doing is turboing the reliable b3 i was wondering if theres a turbo manifold already made or i have some fabbing to look into any response appreciated

unless you have a way to reliably weld cast, you'll have to find an Aspire manifold and weld on a T3/4 flange (or t25) in place of the factory DP flange.
also, starting with an EFI car makes things MUCH easier (IIRC you have a carby car).Trees aren't kind to me...
