Turbo on a Carby?

4.3L Vortec engines have a TB adapter on the top that can be used on some carbs to seal the boost in. Or just used as an adapter for a cone filter and CAI setup.

I'm not sure if it would fit on a Festiva carb without modification to the seal rim though. They're kinda small.
