I know I sound like a whiney little b***h posting all these topics, but please bear with me, just trying to do this right since I've got a lot riding on it.
I was getting ready to torque down the intake cam, and was reading thru the haynes manual again to make sure I didn't overlook anything. I read the part about checking the lifters by pushing the plunger on the bottom, and decided to pull one back out and check it...the plunger moved up roughly 1/4" and was solid. I proceeded to check the rest, and all but one plunger moved 1/4". The one that doesn't move at all is completely stiff.. does that mean that all but one of my lifters is bad, or one of my lifters is bad? The manual says to replace it if the plunger moves, but the engine only had 92k, could they all really be bad?
