Oil Return Fitting on BP

I just finished drilling and tapping my auto oil pan for the return, I have 3/8" fittings to cap it off until it's needed, but what should I use to seal the threads so it doesn't leak? just some regular pipe tape, or should I use this "the right stuff" I have for sealing up the tranny housing/oil pans?

I use the pipe tape on hydraulic fittings that are holding 1500 to 2000 psi with no leaks.
