Got this BP 5 speed 93 Protege LX...

Like the title say's picked this up the other day to fix up and sell, but now that it's done, I'm wondering what you guys think I should ask for it?






The bad: it's got a little rust as is to be expected here in Michigan, the trunk release/gas door cable is shot, air not working, po was a smoker, and there's no radio, 206,000 miles.
The good: all 4 power windows work, the power sunroof works, the cruise control works, the power mirrors work, the G trans and BP engine run good, and there's new tires all the way round!

What say you all?

With gas what it is, IMO slap it on Craigslist for $2k. Maybe throw a $50 Walmart radio in it, or snag a stocker from the jy. People are dumb about a lot of that kinda stuff. "i can buy it because it doesn't have a radio" kinda thing. As long as it isn't leaking oil badly, I would personally throw the cable assembly in it, and stick firm with that price. With the age, the rust and a/c are not going to break the deal, but the radio and cable may loose value in a lot of peoples eyes.

Yeah, I do see your point, some people can be like horses, you never know what will spook em. All cheap to head off before hand really, thanks!
