Ok, im not super familiar with the festi harnesses but theres a few different ways to go about this. It makes it alot easier if u have an extra harness also, because then you can use the same color wires from the spare harness to extend the tucked harness where you need to. Injectors normally get spun so the clips go down and run those under your intake mani. Ive seen alot where they will drill a whole on the fire wall in the middle and run the wires threw there to keep them hidden, or along the frame rail and down the back underside of the trans. Headlights wiring normally gets ran threw the fenders alot of the time. The battery moved to the back. Also the fuses can get moved to under the fenders alot of the times but as stated it can be a pain if somethin happens. The better way to do that is to move the fuses into the inside of the car under the dash some where. This is where the second harness will come in handy. The worst part is getting all of the old electical tape off of the harness normally. You can de-pin the clips and use shrink wrap tubing to make the new harness super tight so it can also be hidden easier. And if you have to extend wires make sure to stagger where you spice them and extend them so that there are not all in the same exact spit cause tyen you'll end up with a big ball in your harness and thats hard to hide. Vw's are crazy stupid clean when tucked and most look like they dont run i have seen alot of vw's where you cant see the harness at all. Honda's are easy to tuck as well and there are alot of good write ups on the honda forums. They give alot of tips and stuff. Honda's you can normally still find the harness if you look hard enough tho. But tucked vw's are un godly clean. Especially when they shave the bay!

I'll post some pics of my progress tomorrow. I rewound the engine harness to hide behind the intake manifold and spun the injector clips to the back. The engine now looks very clean. The passenger side of the bay is very simple to hide wires under the headlight or in the fender. The drivers side looks like its going to need alot of thought. Most likely going to pull the Body harness through the fender and relocate the fuse box in the fender as well(in a waterproof box) having it coming out the fire wall under the intake manifold hiding from view somewhat. First off PLEASE excuse how dirty and terribly painted my bay is at the moment LOL!!! THe motor will be coming out today and I'll be painting the entire bay.
Progress is coming along well. Passenger side is done. Engine harness is done. Fuel filter, Coil relocated to firewall under intake manifold. Battery tray removed.
Now this what I have to tackle next...:eeeeeek:
These are easy to hide in the fender well.
Pulled the upper harness through the fender hole...
Will be putting bac through the firewall here, and have it come out under the speedo cable hole
These are the only plugs I will be using, the rest will be removed.
These will be kept and hidden somewhere.
And lastly the remaining harness that will be hidden in the fender, after trimming what is not needed.

That looks real clean! With the black paint though it's going to be harder to tell that the wires are even tucked. Smart thinking. Will help what wires you still do have blend in with the bay!
