Gen 2 Festiva Exhaust to Gen 1 Festiva swapover?

Just curious to ask if the exhaust header and complete exhaust from a Gen 2 Festiva will swap to a Gen 1 Festiva

WB,WD,WF to WA

just curious to know if anyone has done this swap and can you please tell me if there were any issues perfoming this at all?

On this side of the equator, I do not believe a Festiva (WA) exhaust system and an Aspire exhaust system are interchangable. Please, someone correct me if I am wrong.

I was hoping to re-use an Aspire exhaust system (my suspension swap parts car had stainless pipes and muffler!) on a Festy but virtually nothing was simple bolt up/compatible. Aspire muffler is North South and Festy is East West, for one.
Aspire exhaust manifold will fit on the engine just fine and presumably the down pipe will go around the tranny OK but everything changes after that.
Of course if you have a MIG welder and torches you can make anything work.
