    It is an oe replacement but has the best holding power out of the clutches that wont break your transmission. There are others using it for b6t's making more power than stock

      Oh ok! Thats super cool! I was about to get a super expensive spec clutch or do the Suzuki swift mod. I burnt up a stock replacement in less than 500 miles.

        What oe replacement did you use? And 500 miles is like the break in period...
        Are you certain your distributor shaft seal or transmission input shaft seal is not leaking? Did you have the flywheel off and if you did then did you loctite all the bolts for it?
        Fastivaca recently installed an exidy on a b6t i believe. You could check his build thread and/or message him about how its working

            I replaced the seals when I did my swap, but I didn't loctite the flywheel. I never considered that the distributor could leak down into the bell housing, I think it might be a little leaky. I ended up getting it on eBay for $118.

              I replaced a clutch that i didnt need to last summer. What happened was the o-ring that seals the distributor shaft as well as my valve cover were leaking and the oil ran onto the clutch. The clutch was covered in oil.
              With the seals- only reason i ask again is because you said seals as plural. It was the input shaft seal you replaced? The shaft that goes into the flywheel? If that leaks you get transmission fluid lubing your clutch.
              With the flywheel bolts- when you put this exidy clutch in you should loctite them. Reason is that if you take the bolts out and tip the engine the oil will pour out of those holes. They go right into the oil pan area. So they arent going to leak much but theres a possibility of getting engine oil on your clutch if you dont loctite them to seal them. If say you park on a hill and those bolts are below the oil level all it would take is a bunch of drips that get flung around to lube the clutch enough to slip.
              Make sure to brakeclean all the oil out of there if there is any

                  As I recall, with the turbo swift mod, the input shaft size and spline count are correct, but the flywheel needs to be resurfaced ($50) and the bolt and pin holes/locationing have to be re-drilled, prolly another $100, all this because there's additional diameter involved. You will have to do some clearance relief grinding on the inside of the trans case as well. This is what I did (prices may vary) and it held fine against what I estimated was about 135-140 hp with the addition of an lsd as well...this (without dropping the clutch). I can't speak to Drag strip style racing, so you need to consider that. Somebody correct me, but I believe a stock BP is around 125hp ish.

                    It doesn't look like its leaking as bad as I thought it was, but when I pull the transmission we'll see. What I meant is that I replaced the front and rear main seals on the engine. but I didn't do any on the transmission so chances are that that is the problem!

                    I ended up canceling my order for the exedy, and am probably going to get a suzuki swift exedy and have my flywheel drilled and machined.

                      Just in case any one reads this, I ended up calling Kentucky clutch and ordering a custom one from them for $175 + $20 shipping. I asked for a clutch that wasn't too aggressive (an attempt to save the transmission), but could still hold the power.
