i remember back in school we did an experiment where you took a fork like thing with two prongs that curved back up attached to a power source, one positive, one negative. then you stuck it into a glass of water and put another glass upside down over one of the prongs(can't remember + or -). it separated the two gasses and you would get hydrogen in the upside down one. didn't produce much though, and we had it going for an hour or so i think. don't know if this product would really work that good. he doesn't seem to have any real proof either.

It's bunk.

You are taking away engine power to drive your alternator to make the electricity to make the hydrogen so you can burn that to make more power. The law of thermodynamics says it is impossible to get extra power this way. The best you could hope for is to lose no power, if you assume everything is 100% efficient, which it isn't.
