Swapping in different trannys

Haha yeah, its funny to me bc most things i would consider simple others would struggle with. It should not be difficult. Set the transmission on top of the cross member and put the cv axles in, leave the engine out to begin with when u do this. Make sure the cv's dont bind when u turn the wheel both ways and spin the tires. U might get an extra set of hands to hold the trans or use a ratchet strap. It dosent have to be absolutely perfectly in there, it has rubber mounts and u can correct the trans angle with the engine mount to an extant

Once u figure out where the trans goes drill your holes and put the engine and trans together out of the car and drop them in as a pair. With the bp its literally impossible to put them in one at a time without a huge frustrating struggle with alot of cursing. When i see my mom again i will try to get some exact measurements for you on the trans clearances to help out.

Maybe up here, idk about in k-falls, u r pretty close to the armpit of America (California). I was down there working in 2010 and I'm pretty sure i saw your car drive past the red rooster diner ( i think thats the name of it)
