  • b3t hit the dyno!

last week i hit the local dyno in meridian id !
and at 10psi 4 deg base timing aic and coolant sensor mod ....
i hit 150 hp corrected at the flywheel 134 at the wheels and 154tq
at the wheels with a volvo 12t turbo 2.5 exhaust and vw 1.8 jetta inter cooler and for any interested in forged pistons i had mine made at J&E
i still have the spec sheet so ...... if you have 650$ to burn its a damn good piston . now to come finish my mega squirt and bigger turbo for those who say BS hit me up ill let you drive it !!! more hp to be had ! also if any one is interested i found a hookup on jdm 1.3 dohc turbo motors just to be differant !
    b3t and loving it!

Wow, pretty impressive results from a b3.

Oh my god... too much power for the mounts? How about they've become sloppy because your car is 10 years old and you probably drive it like a jackass! What a joke!!!

I'm pretty sure that car ISN'T turbocharged AT ALL! If you listen to the second video when he's between revs you can hear the same "electronic" noise. Nothing more then a fake Ebay turbo noise maker!!! Plus, why's he pointing the camera behind the engine to show us his BOV (that he apparently got for all the Aspire haters)? Maybe I was wrong to put mine on the intercooler pipe, I should probably put it behind the engine, which apparently works on 210hp cars... haha. What's with the fire extinguisher in the trunk... is it supposed to be a nitrous bottle?

"Let them hear my cam!" Haha yeah we sure can hear your cam buddy... I didn't know they made "fake rough idle sound makers"!

                        What a nerd!!!

Give us some more proof. It looks like the air filter is right on the end of the intake pipe like a n/a engine. And why is the car setting on jacks? I agree with fred, you guys over at the aspire forum have been scammed.

I noticed that too! There is far too much induction noise coming from the engine when he stabs the throttle. You can tell there is a cone filter on the end of that metal pipe, it sounds exactly like it. If there actually were a turbo, that noise would be muffled through the compressor housing, the intercooler, and the intercooler piping. You wouldn't hear it.

As far as the dyno sheets go, here the latest from my Festiva:
