all those heat sensors

Im guessing they are all heat sensors, but you know the flate little metal baldes you hook certain wires up too. Do they all need to be hooked up for the car to run right, and the two under/on the water kneck which wire goes where, and on my BP do I have to change this one wire that has a round tube connection to on of the flat blade type?

Use the festiva sensors or use the BP sensors and swap the connectors. There are 2 sensors. The one on the water neck and the one in the head on the front. The water neck one I used the sensor from the festiva and it had a flat blade connector. the one on the head I used from the festiva and it had the round barrel connector.

Yes it matters. The one on the water neck is a switch that turns the fan on/off and the other is a sensor. You'll need to make sure you plug in the correct ones. With the ignition on and the car cool the fan should be off, when the sensor is unplugged the fan will turn on.

I'll be at my desk most of this summer. I've been working on AutoCad doing test designs. So I'm always here. Later this year I'll be in the lab most of the days.

I unplug the waterkneck sensor, but fan doesn't turn on. WE checked the fan by running a direct power and ground and it does turn. What could cause the fan to not turn on when that spade connector is unplugged.

The relay. It is located behind the drivers side headlight. There are 2, can't remember which one it is. There is a way to check it in the manual.

If your talking about that little black box behind the headlight there is only one in my car, and it does make a clicking noise when I unplug and plug in the senor, but maybe its not working.
