There is no port on the Festy or 95/95 Aspires. Only the OB11 96/97 Spires have a port. The star and snap on plug in. All they do is read the flashes and convert the code.
Ground the STI connector by the brake booster then go inside , turn the key on and read the flashes of the check engine light.Reflex paint by Langeman...Lifted...Tow Rig
