DIY thread for free or cheap modifications for festiva

To the mods: I hope this is in the right place.

I wanted to start a thread of DIYS that are either: 1 free, 2 cheap or 3 helpful and interesting.

Part of owning a festiva Is customizing it or making it your own. I'm going to start this off with a very cheap mod that I did to my taillights the other day. It cost hardly anything and was fairly simple. Please post your upgrades with a simple description and pictures. I hope this works out and we can share some knowledge and have some fun.

So today I decided to do some cheap (nearly free) modifications to my stock taillights. I simply taped off the ribs and painted them with flat black spray paint. I like the different look and the fact it that it is free is even better. The pictures should explain everything if they don't just ask me. Thanks.
