  • Carburetor to FI?

I was wondering what you guys thought about it, and what all it includes and how much it would run me?

If a hammer doesn't fix it you have an electrical problem

"how much would it run me?" all depends on whether you have free access to an EFI parts car, lots of inclination and time OR have a desire to take it to a custom shop at prohibitive rates.
All of this has been done before but my suggestion to you is to seek out and install a carbed B6 and enjoy that instead. Less work and more power in the end.

There are a few of us left that under stand carbs, know their circuits and can tune any part
        of the thing into submission.

Some of the younger guys think digital , square wave, and logic way easier than orifices, jets of all types, emulsion tubes and venturis!

Some may not know anything but have a friend that does. If I ever get a carbed one I want to put my spare snowmobile carbs on, just cause it would be cool!

i don't want to sound pessemistic, but it does seem the carb is slowly fading out of existence and us hobbyists are left with the fruits of the carburettor labour..

I'm sure if you put in a request on the forums about needing a carby sensei, they will come crawling out of the woodwork.
