I have mine, but gotta wait for a rocker swap and then a baseline for the now colder weather. Then it'll probably get colder right after I do that.

Couldn't wait. Cam is in along with solid lifter rockers. No other changes. Didn't adjust timing(valve or ignition), didn't change fuel octane, no adjustable FPR. Cam in, adjust valve lash, done.

Previous average MPG is 43. I'll post back with results in a week or 2.

So this is a carby? Since you mentioned adjusting valve lash.

Looking forward to your results. How about starting a separate thread for this, in case you decide to change ignition timing, carb parameters, etc.

Nope. EFI but with the old style solid lifter rockers.

                              Will do the thread now.

POOP!!! How did I miss this?!? What do I need to do to get on the cam bandwagon? I've got an auto and a 5-spd I'd like to stick a cam into each. The auto doesn't typically see any speeds over 45-50mph. The 5-spd is usually 55-60mph max.
