Trans crossmembers auto vs manual different?

Hi guys, just finishing up my parts list for the auto to manual swap in my new GL,

The bottom trans crossmember are these different between auto and 5-speed? or can i resuse the auto crossmember and just swap the transmounts?

as far as i know they are the same, best bet would be to take the crossmember out and make sure it fits onto the tranny before you lower it in

they have different part numbers from the factory

As far as I have heard, the crossmember will work, it is just that the automatic crossmember has a larger hole in the bottom for easier drainage of the fluid.

thanks for all the help!, tomorrow im going up to harrys to hopfully find a nice B6 and a festiva for all my 5-speed parts, can i use a b3 flywheel and stuff on the b6? just wondering incase i only find a automatic b6.

theres always tons of Escort Gts in the junkyard, i would do the full bp/g25m swap in this car, but theres no way in hell i will be able to find 323gt or capri xr2 axles, the the thing that kills me is that all engines are the same price!
