jasper motor swap

See if u like the color of my jasper b3 im changing out.
Scored this motor at the local pull a part upon inspection seems to be in great shape some new seals paint and gaskets.i plan on installing saturday mornin.

Can the motor be pulled with clutch still on and trans in place.
