IAC to Throttle Body Washer Partnumber?

Does any body know the part number or have a washer like this they could sell me,

I was cleaning the Cold Start, by removing it from the throttle body and now the washer swollen and refuse to go in.

i used Carb Cleaner, but it wasn't directly sprayed on it, all i did was to remove it. I initially removed the throttle body and clean it whole, then i removed the Cold Start from the bottom of the throttle body, to further clean it, i then noticed that particles were logged into the valve. Now during reassembly this washer will not fit into the groove.

Yes its the B5 DOHC from Japan but i think it uses the same as the B6 or the BP

Ah, thats the problem. I thought it was for the b3 as you didn't say what engine it was for. Sorry about that.
