    Yep, I just googled it. Apparently it has been done before and it worked but had issues after sitting for a time without running the engine. Would smoke when you first started it after that period of sitting.

    I'm not sure it will be an issue with our oil pan design. It's made to allow the stock downpipe to have clearance without going too low to the road. Simply, you should still be above oil level even how I want to mount it.

        The reason I say the check valve, is simply to hold and force pressure during gear changes whilst the engine is idle temporarily unless the changes are so quick it's unnecessary.. Kind of like the same theory of oil squirters to move oil onto the underside of the piston.... If you can see what I'm saying..
