Any hints on a close fitting oem lower hose? Would a silicone hose kit from ebay work 2 pieced?

here something I pulled up quickly I don't even know if it is the right size but u can get silicone hoses small enough id say

^This. Exactly what I did with my Escort and the Civic rad. I used cut up pieces of rad hose, but same idea. Used some emt conduit from Lowes for the hard pipe to bridge the cut up rad hose pieces.
I know it's not a Festiva, but it shows the idea.
I also fabbed a lower rad mount bar from some angle steel and ubolts. Didn't get pics of that, but it's very easy and cheap if you have to have someone else do it. Top mount is a vinyl coated piece of wire coat hanger. Sounds redneck, but it works very well.Any difference that makes no difference is no difference.
