Ok so i have been pondering different engine swaps especially since one of my cars will be a full drag/track car. I'm thinking full cage with tubular front end. With the tubular front end it will allow us to install any engine combo due to we wont be limited to the inner fenders. So with that being said what do you think would be the best fwd set up in a 4 cylinder that is cheap to build? Honda? 4g63? subie motor? Keep in mind that the transmission will need to be able to support what the motor can put out. I am planning on doing a full out bp but im thinking for the same amount of money i have in a bp i could probably build one of the above motors for cheaper with more hp. I check craiglist every day and someone is always parting out Hondas or Mitsubishi. Whare are peoples thoughts?

4g63 or 64 plenty of aftermarket and trans options. Honda is the same but they seem a little more fragile than dsm to me.Better Than Nothing Racing

^^only blue wheels fit on festiva's :p but only once you've owned 3 festiva's in a row... The first 3 festiva's will need red wheels
