coil on plug

Does anyone have the details of a set-up that is KNOWN to work on a BP? Hot_Wheels gave me a link on miataturbo.net but it is like 86 pages long and hard to put the jumbled info together. I will continue to keep reading the thread but would like to hear from you guys too.

Guys on the probe forums who run megasquirt use the long cbr (600 I think) coils.
