I don`t know about existance of stroker kits for B series engines...
but in iran .... we just bore the B3 cylinder and put B5 or B6 pistons from Kia Rio in it and....tadaaa! there you go!
you can also mix it with a B5 or B6 Cylinder Head.
we do it in iran because swapping engines (mostly Engine Code) has some Legal Problems in here.

^Have any specifics about this? HP ratings, ect?

Because.. Rios are pretty common here. Wouldn't be too hard to get the parts.. Dumb question, but does that much bore then make the B3 an interference engine, or can you still snap a timing belt just fine?

we use S.O.H.C 16V CylinderHead with Stock 8V Cam Gears installed on it.
          pretty cool !

That's pretty awesome. I did some measurements a few years ago and concluded that B6 pistons would probably fit. Everybody said no way. Pretty sweet. Wish I'd have done it now.
Any difference that makes no difference is no difference.

i don't see this as possible. take the B6 pistons into the B3 block for example. the B6 has a 78mm bore. the B3 has a 71mm bore. the largest oversize piston and "recommended" bore limit on the B3 is .50mm. you're saying the B3 can be overbored 7mm? wouldn't that be like 14X the safe limit? on the other hand, the BJ 1.3 in the GTX/A has a 78mm bore and shorter stroke than the SOHC B3 so maybe it is possible.

it is possible....I've done this before. on Pride B3 carb and Pride B3 fuel injector.
but the problem is that if you overbore the cylinder for B5 or B6 pistons, you can not return to normal and if anything happens to one of your cylinder walls (crack, scratch, etc...). it cannot be repaired.
I had a Kia Pride 1.3 carburator. I've done this B5 piston trick, and i installed a Weber 32/36 carburator. lightweight flywheel and some Iridium spark plug and better Spark Coil....hell i was going to take a big Bite from a Hyundai coupe's Ass with that engine. too bad the car was totalled....a BIIIIG crash and pooof...there goes the chasis!

well OK i'll take your word but i myself won't chance it. i know the B6/B3 blocks are identical but i was under the "wrong" impression that the water jackets might be cast differently in the B6 to allow the larger bore. actual B6 engines are still available here in north america so for the price of a new set of pistons you can get a whole engine.
