  • What kinda engine for an automatic?

    sup peeps......

    anyone know what kinda engine can be swapped in to a festiva (92 gL) with automatic tran that wont take a huge amount of mods?

    this would not be for racing but rather for normal use and cruising... just would like to have alittle more bite then what my fest has now ya know

      A B6 would be the easiest, it would give you better power and ease of installation!

          When doing the B6/ATX swap, you'll want to remove the front stabilizer bar and left side mount plate to get to the ATX cooling lines easily.

          I started an ATX swap thread, but it won't be until I take the engine out again to replace my transaxle, since Andrew has all my swap pics and I haven't heard from him.
