i know dickmeyer offered a oem styled oringed replacement for when you bought his fpr. that has to be something i can purchase online. or at mcparts

I have been trying to get ahold of Dick meyer and have yet to be successful if at all possible could you have him contact me

He said he didn't want to sell the adapter alone. I asked when he was active here.

Pretty sure I measured that hole the stock FPR sits in, and you can tap it with a NPT tap. Not sure on the size. 1/4" maybe. Then you can just screw in a NPT to barb adapter and hook an adjustable FPR up with hose.

That's what I'm going to do. The quarter inch thread adapter is perfect. You only have to drill the hole to 7/16 first. By far the easiest route if you have the tools. I didn't like that eBay part, it only had one barb.

Why they call it quarter inch, when it's really around a half inch, is beyond me. Makes it really confusing

NPT = National Pipe Thread. So it's a threaded connector sized to fit a 1/4" pipe's inner diameter. Mic the inside of the fitting, and you'll see. It's something close to 1/4"

That intake manifold is sensory overload. Is it powder coat?

Yes. A friend of mine knows a guy that works at a powder coat place and he did the intake and valve cover for $40 .

*edit* I should specify that the red is PC but the gold is paint that I put over it. The paint probably won't last long but that's OK.
