kio rio 5-speed+ 97 ford aspire = ?
ok guys im tired of using the damn search button with no success
my question to everyone is how do I fit a rio 5-speed into my 97 4door aspire?
I just need to know what is needed, what needs to be modified and a how too would be wonderful
things ive learned so far:
you need a 01-04 kia rio trans, starter, axles but what im more confused about is do I use the flywheel and clutch of the same year trans?
I know you need to extend the shifter bar at least one of them or find one from the kia rio
mind you ive read threw hours of info and and I don't believe one of these swaps was put into an aspire so I wanna make sure I get what I need what to look out for what needs to be moded ect... please help located in CT if there is a member that has done this swap and can chat on threw PM that would be awesome
