A 2 step is possible on any car...its just a matter of getting the correct equipment.
This comment is assuming you are talking about a 2-step for launch RPM control. If you are talking about something really cool I dont even know about, then disregard my previous statement.Waiting to behold the power of Ra.

I have a two-step rev limiter on my Festiva. It's one of the features of the TEC 2. If you don't want to go with a standalone engine management system, you can buy an MSD 6AL ignition box and an adjustable two-step rev-limiter module and that would work fine. There's really no point in having this unless you have a turbo.* Retired Festiva-er*
