93 festiva no timing belt cover?!?

Is this possible? Had people tell me yes but, still kinda sketch. I will much appreciate all the help.

Not sure what the question is but yes it is possible. The car will run without a timing belt cover. The cover is there to keep dirt, debris and your fingers out. The ignition timing marks are also on the timing cover as well.
