F-Series Cable clutch 5 speed exploded diagrams wanted

Hey guys.

Was wondering if anybody knows of a good place to find an exploded diagram for an F series 5 speed gearbox?

I made the unfortunate mistake of lending my car to a "mate" whose driving abilities I overestimated and they somehow managed to mash the gearbox.. Doesn't go into 3rd now and it's a bit stiff going into reverse.

I figure bent selector fork.. Would love a diagram to have a look

i thought the stock festiva was considered an E series? is F in a 323? here's some of the stock Festiva trans.

In Australia our 1.5 festivas come with a 4 speed auto or F series cable clutch 5 speed same as early Kia Rios and 323s.. So I guess I've answered my own question as to the best place to find a diagram lol
