  • Wrong axle?

I'm sure if I searched for a few more hours I'd stumble across it but I have my B6T swap with g series trans in and running. My only problem is the drivers side axle, I'm not sure if I was ordered the wrong one or if they plain screwed up and gave me the wrong one on accident but does anyone have the correct part number? Is there a difference in capri axles turbo vs non turbo? Thank you very much and sorry if this has been covered a hundred times. Looking forward to sharing my build with you guys when she's finished!

Count the splines on the trans side. There should be 26.

      Wrong axle?

Non turbo Capri is an F series trans I believe, which is different then the G series that comes on the B6T

Maybe you were given a non-turbo axle intended for the F series trans?

I am at work and don't have the axle but it was like the input shaft wasn't even long enough to reach the splines

Are you sure the shaft was fully seated into the trans?

Non turbo and turbo Capri axles are different. The turbo axles are kinda rare and hard to find.
