Port the intake and exhaust runners. Deck the head 1mm. Install a tubular header for the exhaust, advance the ignition timing to at least 8* BTDC. You cannot use larger pistons (more than +2mm over stock) because the cylinders are not Siamesed. Install a larger carburetor like from an Escort or a Webber 3236, either will require an adapter.

e escuchado que los pistones del bp 1.8 se le puede colocar ya que son en medida standar son de 81 mm y los pistones de festiva standar son de 71 mm e escuchado que piensan ustedes puede servir ?

BP 1.8 pistons in a 1.3l block cannot be done. The block cannot be bored that much. It would cause piston overlap. That's why the BP block is longer than the b3/6 block.

y que otro motor le puedo instalar al festiva dejando la misma transmision el mio es manual que otro motor le puedo intalar dejando la misma transmision y que tipo de adaptaciones tendria que hacer ? y si me pueden ayudar con fotos mejor todavia

Any B series engine will mate to your transmission. There are several guides in this section that cover all nessesary modifications to mount each option. Currently, the best modification that is common for all engine swaps is rotating the engine forward. It's not necessary for the SOHC engines, but it does make fitment of DOHC much easier.

ok gracias y otra pregunta como hago para poder usar neumaticos 14" ya que los que tengo son 13" pero no puedo montar 14" en la parte trasera ya que pegan en la base del amortiguador y ya e intentado ponerle separadores en la parte de atras pero no funciono y quisiera saber como se hace o que tipo de amortiguadores le caen en la parte de atras ya que aqui para el festiva no venden la suspension ajustable para festiva y quiero saber como le puedo hacer para usar neumaticos 14"

Find a wheel 6" wide (155mm) with a +35mm offset and use a 165/60-14 tire. That will fit with no modifications. Another way to think about it is this: the stock suspension will accept a maximum of 114mm backspacing (the distance from the inside lip of the rim to the hub face of the rim), and the ideal tire hight is 558mm or less. A wheel 180mm wide or less with those other dimensions will fit without modifications.
