miata headers?

Can I use the headers off from a 1.8 miata BP engine, on a 1.8 protege engine(1994)? Whats the difference in engine?

The miata header is for a rear wheel drive and will not work on our cars. I have a pacesetter header for an escort gt (part # 70-1166). It fits great and looks to be a good quality. We don't have many choices. I got mine from summit racing for $156.
