markings on G series tranny.

My situation is this. there is a local junk yard that pulls all engines and trans when a car comes in. they do not mark them for any reason they just go into the scrap pile. what are the marking or stampings on the G series transmissions? So, that I can tell one if I see one in the pile. Thanks, Nathan

There aren't any markings, you just have to know what to look for, and if you don't know what to look for, then your shit out of luck.
