I see there's a post about the stock clutch. I'm wondering how much HP will a stock tranny handle?

According to others 100 - 125 would be safe , some have had 165 tq and broke it . It just depends on how you are going to drive it , don't side step the clutch at 5 grand .------------------------------------------------

Your driving habits have the most to do with it. It will hold the stock b6t or bp.

hp shouldn't be your concern, focus on torque, that's what breaks trannys and such.
