What RPM, and what computer is in there? you will hit fuel shutoff
at 7300 with th BP ECU

    Otherwise, you running stock fuelpump?

put a gauge on the rail and see what pressure you are getting

If he puts a gauge on the rail, thats not going to help him at all. He needs a gauge inside the car so he can see the fuel pressure at the engine speed and load that it's cutting out at.

I was thinking more if he was even getting up to stock pressure at idle,
and if was running low, leads to the regulator or pump having trouble.

Remote is best, but thats not cheap.

Don't think that is the hard cutout, should be higher than that.

            Replaced your fuel filter lately?

my BP pulls hard all the way to the cutout at around 72-73 (running a '91 EGT motor and ECU)... sounds like yours is most likely a fuel delivery problem. I had some trouble with my injectors when I first finished the swap. The motor had been sitting for a couple years before I got it. Could be that the injectors are just a little clogged, or the fuel pump and/or filter may be on its way out. But yeah, do whatever it takes to restore those upper RPMs, cause there is a ton of power in the 5-7K range on these motors. Before I swapped speedos I could peg the 85MPH one in 3rd gear easily
              No festiva for me ATM...
