    is there any reason not to use pvc or plexiglass to build a cone adapter?

    Other than the fact that they could both crack, not really. I would go with the PVC over plexy but whatever works for you. Also it will look cheap and ricey. You can get one of the metal ones off from ebay for like 99 cents plus 5 bucks shipping.

      Get the one off of an old BMW 318 from the late eighty's.....exact fit. And its been covered many of times on here

        wow I will have to get one of those now, I didnt realize there was one out there besides the ebay one so I threw together my own but I would like to get the oem look and quality of the bmw part so I will replace mine next time I hit the yard.
