depends on the year of the aspire....i don't know if ob2 had anything to do with the throttle body. But the one from the escort/protege should bolt up.

my friend swapped one into his jeep that was 15mm bigger, better performance i guess

it dont matter if its obd1 or obd2. escort gt dont work.

No idea if the ID is bigger or if the TPS will work, but the capri TB will bolt onto the festiva intake. The 323 TB will too.

I'm not sure if this will help, but when i had the new plenum made, we moved the throttle opening to the side. While we were at it, we bored the throttle opening from 68mm, to 70mm and had it polished. I would have thought that a small increase in throttle response and power could be acheived- though it really was part of a bigger picture....
