  • Question about b3 and b6

Will a b3 intake, ecu and exhaust manifold directly bolt to a b6 motor?

  • #2
The intake and exhaust will bolt to an old style b6 (88-89 tracer or 323). I'm not sure they'll bolt to the newer engines.

I thought as long as the b6 was a 8v head the b3 intake manifold would bolt on to it.

              Nope I asked a similar question. There a 2 different heads for the b6. The over the VC head(before '90 323) & the side inlet head(after '90).

We should clarify the "early" years for the B6. It was available from 85 to 89. Mine's an 87, and I saw a carbed 86 at the wreckers last weekend.
