What size bit for steering wheel?

Im in the middle of fixing up my inerior, and ive got a steering wheel, I want to put on but dont have a big enough socket. Im thinking its like 20mm or around there. Any body know? Thanks!

21mm. Don't take it all the way off. just loosen it up a bit, wiggle the wheel loose, then remove the wheel. Trust me.
