  • power window mod....

    Well went and got power window regulators today.. got one installed and got frustrated and walked away. It doesn't fallow the track going up... I guess I need to tear it down and take a look at what is going on in there.. If I drill any more holes it is gonna look like swiss chease LOL guess that is why i bought a welder LMFAO!

      aftermarket kits IMO are worth the investment, they work great with any cable-operated manual window and are pretty damn easy to install.

        I just got regulators one was a 626 the other an mx6. I am in the process of making a sleave to fit over the shafts of the manual reg and the motor.

          I agree with Wil... You can get an aftermarket kit for under $100 and I've never had any problems with them.

          FWIW, I heard that the parts from the Capri also bolt right in and work well...

                kinda I am moding my windows and door panels so I am fabbing up mounting brackets for the door panels and the motor
