You will need to get / search at the parts store for a hose that will be able to connect to the engine on both ends , one hose or take 2 and connect the together .
You could get curved hoses and make it look like a clean job ..
Or
just get some of that hose on the roll and connect it , then get a plug or a cap to cover up the pipe on the heater core .
If you go with that universal hose on a roll , you may need to zip tie it somewhere on the back , so it won't flop around .
Hope that helps

on my old F250 when the heater core started leaking I whent down to the hardware store and got a 45 degree elbow and installed that untill I could replace the heater core. If your looking at a permanant replacement then you could use the flex hose or a cureved rubber hose.
Seems to me, you could get one of those hose patch kits, that have different size plastic tubes. When a hose blows, you cut out the bad section, put the rest over the piece of pipe, and clamp it down. You could just disconect the heater hoses at the firewall, and "patch" them together with that kit, like $5. Zip tie it down, and run until you can replace the core.
