There is a little T-bar looking tab/hook that mounts right in front of the seat belt retractor , the cords attach to those on the bottom .

It is a safety thing I believe , it keeps the cargo cover from flying forward and cutting your head off in a head on collision .

They are kind of rare , I have only seen them in a few cars ,I have them .

Most cars that I have seen , the cords just hang .

You can hook them over the seat lock , the latch the rear seat to secure them also , that is what I did before I got the clips .

I will try to get a pic today or tomorrow , maybe someone else will post a pic of them .

Hey guess what. The 92 gl I just got had 'em. Well at least it used to. They are now in my 90 L.

So thats what those were in my car! Well I guess I dont have to worry about putting them back in since I dont have a cover, let alone a back seat!

If you don't want them I'll buy them from you and put some back in the 92 gl. I'm planning on making/repairing a cargo cover for it.

What? Those hooks? PPHHH lemme dig em out of the screw box I threw them in. Seems like one was sitting in the spare tire well and I may not have the screw for it but the other was still where it was supposed to be.

Don't worry about the screw if you can't find it.

They mount to that screw , right in front of the seat belt retractor cover.

There are different kinds. I got some from festivaGTX six months ago and havent put them on yet. :roll:

I did a small shampoo jobber on it. It still has one stain in the middle I'll take some pics and post them at the top.

btw packrat. did you notice my picture of the hook in the fourth post? Freshtiva don't look to close because it's got a tiny scratch on it.
